Swoon Memorial Magazine, Memorial’s #1 read magazine showcasing the people, places, and happenings of Memorial is getting ready to hold a stellar event honoring ten Memorial ladies for their outstanding philanthropic contributions to the community with the fourth annual “Ladies of Memorial Community Icon Award”.
The event will be held at Hotel Zaza Memorial City, on Friday, May 10, 2024 where we will honor these ten women that have worked tirelessly in the community to help raise awareness and or money for their schools or area non-profits. They are Leaders and Icons who are continuously making our community better.
Below, you will find sponsorship and underwriting opportunities for this special event that includes exclusive advertising opportunities in the May issue of Swoon Memorial Magazine as well as the “Ladies of Memorial Community Icon Awards” event program which will be distributed at the event. As the Title Sponsor, you will receive one table of ten at the event along with a full-page ad in event program (Due April 25th), prominent placement in the LOM event program that will also run as a full-page ad in the May 2024 issue of Swoon Memorial Magazine to 30,000 households (March 25th). Your name and marketing materials will appear on all event advertising and correspondence including press releases and invitations, and you will receive on-site recognition at the event.
$3,000 – Icon Sponsor
You will receive one table of ten at the event along with a full page ad in the LOM program (Due April 25th) that will also run as a 1/2 ad in the May 2024 issue of Swoon Memorial (Due March 25th).
